Acceptance of Terms. By using https://lakesidecarcare.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Full Car Detailing, Interior Car Detailing, Headlight Restoration, Engine Detailing, Ceramic Coating provided by Lakeside Car Care. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Lakeside Car Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Lakeside Car Care may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://lakesidecarcare.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Lakeside Car Care makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Lakeside Car Care arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Lakeside Car Care from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MI.
Modifications. Lakeside Car Care may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
